Some companies using Exchange Server have a policy that you can`t add additional POP3 accounts to your Outlook client. I had to break this meaningless rule at some point and I would like to share how I did it.
First, you have to create your POP3 account in Outlook Express. Then, close Outlook Express and launch Outlook. Outlook will tell you that a new account has been found in Outlook Express and ask you if you want to import it. Click the button labeled like `Yes I want to import`, and voila!
