Training – Yoga

I got introduced to meditation in 1993 and asanas in 2013. Started teaching in 2016. Got my teacher license (RYT 200) at Siddashram in 2019. During my education; I have worked with Adnan Çabuk and Lourdes Doplito Çabuk on Classic Raja Yoga.

I usually generate my class flows using a program I wrote: YogaFlow.
